Spiral Lunch Buffet at Sofitel

DSC_0677 AT LAST! After Months of “Nagging” Miss Angelica (our boss :p and a loyal customer :p) about taking us to the Awesome Buffet at Spiral in Sofitel, she finally gave in and gave us discount coupons to the place.

We scheduled our Lunch on a Monday, November 24th. We were so excited to try the Best Buffet in The country, that we made some pre-buffet preparations to maximize our eating capacity… lol We arrived there around 12NN ready to take on the challenge. We were greeted on the front desk and told us that we have an option to dine outside or use one of their VIP (private) rooms. Of course, we opted to dine in private to conceal our noise… lol  So after settling in the private room with our private waiter, we started our Ultimate Gastronomic Experience! :p

THE PLACE:

The place is Very nice, as expected from a 5-Star Hotel. The Food stations are well positioned, they have the dessert section in the middle of everything. Our VIP Room was very spacious and Cozy, dim lights, carpeted floors, and perfect room temperature. The room is right beside their wine cellar. The waiters and chefs are very friendly and polite, before we started our meal, he even offered us a bottle of San Pelligrino Sparkling Water.

THE FOOD:

AMAZING! The food was really good! there are different Stations for different cuisines, I tried to take pictures of them but was I was reminded that taking pictures on the buffet is discouraged that is why I took these photos discreetly and with no flash. I also wasn’t able to take the photo of the pasta bar because It totally slipped off my mind because I was quite overwhelmed by the number of options I could do with my pasta –which is my ultimate favorite food. 1. why don’t you include in your gastronomic journey the Crossover Family Sunday Brunch at Dusit Thani Manila this January? Giving you full access to four restos – Benjarong (thai), Umu (japanese), Tosca (italian) and Basix (international) for only phP1450nett per person. Oh, and did I mention that drinks and overflowing SPARKLING WINE are included? you cannot afford to miss it, Dencio.

  2. Wow! That sounds Great! I’ll schedule this one for next time 🙂 hope you don’t mind me asking… Are you in anyway connected with Dusit Thani? You seem to love the place so much 🙂 Thanks for the Tip… 🙂 Thanks for visiting My Blog…

  3. Was the 10k++ you mentioned here your discounted rate?
I was wondering how much the buffet costs per head, sans the drinks. Everything looks absolutely amazing! And I admire how you were still able to take these great pictures (despite having been told not to, lol), I would have lost my nerve had somebody told me off for taking pictures! Nice blog! 🙂
