Mang Inasal is the probably the fastest growing fast-food chain in the country today. Their success is mostly associated with their great product, “branding” of the famous Bacolod chicken Inasal, taking the business to the masses, and of course, capitalizing on the Unlimited Rice concept.
Serving unli-rice is the reason behind the success of Tokyo-Tokyo (which was recently discontinued). The unli-rice concept is a great offer to the masses and big eaters (like me!). Now, Mang Inasal is capitalizing of this concept. And why not? It is very complementary to the products they offer. If you are eating a BIG piece of juicy chicken Inasal, it is most likely that you will need a second serving of rice! And the concept works like a charm!
Currently, Mang Inasal already has a lot of branches everywhere. And they are showing no signs of slowing down. They are opening one store after the other. Now, more and more Filipinos are enjoying the famous Inasal. They are literally “crushing” the competition along the way. Before, when you say Inasal, you say Chicken Bacolod, Chicken Inasal, or Bacolod Chicken Inasal. But now, when you say Inasal, it is Mang Inasal!
Now, Here are their Famous Products;
Free Sinigang Soup.. Too Sour = Instant Sinigang Mix :)
PM2 = Pecho Inasal (1/4 Chicken) + Unli Rice = P97
PM1 = Thigh Part + Unli Rice = P92
The Chicken is Very Delicious, Juicy, tender and well roasted.. It is good on its own! :)
SM 1 = Sulit Meal = 1 pcs small chicken Inasal + 1 serving of rice = P49
Krispy Kangkong = P18 (Crispy Talaga! :p)
Now, the best way to eat Inasal is when you dip it in the best sauce… They even have an informational video for this one.
Mix the Soy Sauce + Vinegar + Kalamansi + Chili + Chicken Oil = Best Inasal Sauce!
Also, when you drizzle Chicken Oil into your Hot Rice, It will taste SOO MUCH BETTER! :)
I know it sounds deadly… :) But it is good to try once in a while! :)
Here is Mang Inasal’s Menu…
Now you know why their stores are always packed with people! :)
Hanggang Sa Muli! Paalam! :)
