Countryside Steak House

Countryside is Located along Molino Road in Bacoor Cavite. Their first branch is on Dasmarinas Cavite. I Have a lot of fond memories of this place. We used to eat here during our college days. Since then they have branched out in nearby cities like Las Pinas and Bacoor.

I remember that they serve great sisig. The meat was perfectly minced and when cooked on the hot plate, it becomes crispy.. Mmm good! I don’t really eat sisig. But sisig from countryside or dencio’s is an exemption.

I was so excited when I saw a branch in Bacoor, At last! I can eat sizzling foods anytime I want! I now have a  Friendly Neighborhood Sizzlingan!

Countryside is conveniently Located along Molino Road Near Malvar Supermarket. The place is small and is decorated by, of course, cowboy and rodeo stuff.. The ambiance was like a salon in the wild west… Wooden tables, iron stools, wooden counter, very rustic!

Now Some Sizzlers…

Pork Sisig P85 (Garlic Rice Included)

The Sisig was great as always, although this time, the pork was chopped a bit bigger than before and there was a bit more liver on it (which I don’t eat). But other than that it was still very flavorful.

Burger Steak P70 (Garlic Rice Included)

The Burger Steak was so-so…. the burger was not that big and it was not juicy. Actually it tastes like store-bought burgers (Purefoods/CDO etc.) But the gravy was good.. very buttery :p Which goes well with the potatoes.

Macapuno De Leche P35

The Leche Flan was good… but the Macapuno was not. It was not soft at all. It was like eating old coconut :p

Countryside is also a cafe, they serve brewed Batangas and Cavite coffee beans 🙂
